SPRAY TAN QUESTIONS

  • Beautiful results start with superior ingredients. Our custom spray tan blends prioritize your skin's health by combining high-purity water with nourishment like hyaluronic acid, botanical collagen, jojoba, and cooling cucumber.

    We use exclusively eco-certified DHA sourced naturally from sugar beets to produce a rich, natural glow—without unneeded chemicals or hidden additives.

  • When applied, the DHA interacts with the outermost layer of your skin (the stratum corneum) to produce a natural-looking tan tailored to your undertones. Unlike traditional tanning, DHA does not penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin or require UV light, making it the safest way to achieve a rich, luminous glow year-round. 

  • Our solutions are Infused with deeply hydrating, skin-repairing botanicals, crafted to look luminous for 7 to 10+ days. To preserve your glow even longer, complement your session with our curated, spray-tan-safe aftercare collection—an essential investment for extended wear.

  • The short answer is no. While your tan’s guide color may transfer onto fabrics before your initial shower, it washes right out of most machine-washable materials. That said, we still recommend wearing dark clothing and or sitting on dark furniture until after your first rinse! 

  • Absolutely not. That’s really not our style. Our tanning spray tan is 100% customized to your specific skin tone, natural undertones, and desired outcome. By using precision-blended formulas, we guarantee a rich, seamless, beachy bronze every single time.

  • Yes! But remember, the only safe tan is a spray tan! Pile on that spray tan friendly SPF, sister. And remember, your spray tan is not a “base tan”! PRO TIP: for a spray tan safe SPF, grab something lotion-based and hydrating. 

  • Absolutely. Our custom solutions are water-based and packed with nourishing, plant-derived ingredients designed to calm and hydrate—never irritate. For ultra-sensitive skin types, we also offer bronzer-free options.

    You can still tan with conditions like eczema or psoriasis as long as there are no active flare-ups or broken skin in the target areas. We recommend applying a rich lotion to those dry patches a few hours before your session and bringing your preferred moisturizer to your appointment for extra prep.

  • Express tans contain a higher level of DHA, allowing you to rinse in just 2-5 hours. Gradual tans, on the other hand, require 8-12 hours before rinsing, but they tend to last a bit longer due to the extended leave-on time. Talk to your mixologist to select the perfect option for you. 

  • Rinse your spray tan with lukewarm water at your assigned time for no more than 60 seconds. Use your hands to gently massage off the bronzer, and avoid using soap during the first rinse. Make sure you stay in the shower until the water runs clear. After your shower, avoid applying lotions or oils to the body until you’ve reached 24 hours. 

BRIDAL SPRAY TAN QUESTIONS

  • Ideally, 1-3 days before your wedding. Two days is perfect, and don’t forget to book a trial since our tans are 100% custom! It is also highly recommended to do a trial run 3-4 weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure that you absolutely love your shade. 

  • Yes! We offer special packages for bridal groups of 4 or more. Just TEXT us at 8086792587.

  • We use sweat- and transfer-resistant formulas to protect your dress. Once you do your initial rinse off you will not be able to transfer to any other surfaces.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

  • Yes, our custom spray tan solution is always water-based and formulated to be ultra-gentle on the skin, making it a vegan-friendly choice. 

  • Absolutely! Our tanning solution is 100% nut-free, unlike many other spray tan solutions that may contain nut-based oils. 

BROWS & PMU QUESTIONS

  • Every brow and PMU service begins with a precise, custom-measured mapping session tailored specifically to your unique facial bone structure and symmetry to ensure flawless proportions before we begin.

  • Ombre Brows, Nano Brows, Combo Brows, and Lip Blushing typically last between 1 to 3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. An annual color boost is recommended to maintain optimal richness and crispness. PRO TIP: the darker you go and more frequent touch ups you do will prolong the longevity of your tattoo. Discuss with your artist what your goals are. 

  • Nano brows creates ultra-fine, hair-like strokes for a natural look. Ombre Brows deliver a soft, shaded makeup finish. Combo Brows merge both techniques—using hair strokes at the front and soft shading through the body for maximum texture and depth.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (like aspirin or ibuprofen) for 24 hours prior to your appointment so long as your doctor says its ok. If your doctor does not recommend that you discontinue your medication we can still proceed using light pressure and a numbing agent that helps minimize bleeding and swelling. Discontinue OTC retinols, tretinion or accutane near the treatment area 4 weeks one week prior. Prescription strengths of those products should be discontinued for 6 weeks. 

  • Botox should be done 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after. 

  • You will want to give your skin a full 4 weeks of healing before doing permanent makeup tattooing. 

  • No you cannot get a tattoo while pregnant. Its recommended to inquire with a physician on when its safe to get a tattoo during postpartum. 

  • Most of our clients rate the pain for eyebrows at about 2-3 pain level. Lips about a 4 and Liner about a 2. Everyone is different though! For lip blush and eyeliner 5% lidocaine is used to numb the skin prior to starting. A secondary numbing agent with .5% epinephrine  is used on broken skin to prolong numbing effects. Prenumb is not used for the eyebrows because it can make the skin harden. Secondary numbing gel is used on eyebrows after the skin has been opened.

  • Yes! However, you will be required to take an anti viral medication prior to your appointment to prevent against an outbreak. Your primary care doctor can prescribe this to you. 

  • You can but, the chances of your skin lifting are likely. We ask that you discontinue use of these products in the brow or lip area 1 week prior to the appointment for best results.

  • Yes you can but, if there is an active flare up on the area where you want to tattoo you should reschedule the appointment until it goes away.

  • This question must be discussed with your primary care doctor depending on the risk factors that you carry. Most of our clients try to come before or during a break from Chemo due to the stress that it places on the skin and body. We understand that timing it this way may not always be possible. Please ask your doctor what is the best & safest course of action.
