Booking & Deposit Policy

  • 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services, including:

    • Waxing

    • Brow Laminations & Tints

    • Korean Lash Lifts

    • Spray Tanning

  • Deposit Transfers: If you need to reschedule prior to the 24 hour mark, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new date within 3 months, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time.

  • NON NEGOTIABLE GRACE PERIOD: we allow a 10 minute grace period for things like traffic, parking or general lateness. Anything more than this will require you to forfeit your deposit and you will have to leave a new one should you book an appointment. 

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failing to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in the immediate forfeiture of your 50% deposit. (unless it's a legitimate documented emergency) over sleeping, Mis managing your time or forgetting and doesn't count as an emergency.

  • Future Service Restrictions: No-shows or late cancellations without a legitimate, communicated reason will result in being declined for all future bookings and services.

Studio Etiquette & Reminders

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled service to ensure you receive your full appointment duration and do not make clients scheduled after you appointments run late. 

  • Service Readiness: Please refer to our Pre-Care Guidelines for your specific treatment to ensure optimal results and avoid any appointment delays.

Thank you so much for your understanding, respect for our time, and continued support of our studio, All of our technicians are moms with young children and sometimes go to extensive lengths to ensure we are on time and ready for you at your appointment and hope you will do the same! Training Policy

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on all training/services. This includes last minute cancellations, changing your mind, or being sick. Once you have left a deposit or paid for your training it becomes non refundable. If you have a valid reason for canceling such as being sick, child care, or an emergency you will be allowed to transfer to a different date within 1 year without having to pay again.

    • Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, discover. 

    • All credit card transactions will be charged sales tax 4.712% and a card processing fee of 2.6%
